The Toxic Fog Garden is the Blood Rose faction building, unlocking at HQ 8 — the earliest of the three faction buildings — and scaling across 35 levels.

Buffs (all Blood Rose heroes)#
The Toxic Fog Garden boosts all Blood Rose heroes across three scaling attributes:
- Hero ATK & DEF Up: +30 at LV.1 → +400 at LV.35
- Troop Capacity Up: +5 at LV.1 → +60 at LV.35
- Honor Level Cap Up: unlocks at LV.20, reaching +350 by LV.35
The buffs and scaling match the Steel Factory (Guard of Order) and Dawn Tower (Wings of Dawn), each for its own faction.
