Welcome to the Last Z Powiki and Ask the Guru AI coach (collectively, the "Service"), available at lastz.powra.ai. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. About this Service#
The Last Z Powiki is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers, publishers, or owners of Last Z: Survival Shooter. All game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided free of charge during this beta period. Usage is rate-limited (free turns per session) to keep costs sustainable.
2. Eligibility#
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Last Z: Survival Shooter is rated 16+ on the App Store, and we recommend the Service for players 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
3. The Service#
Ask the Guru is an AI coach that provides information and analysis about Last Z: Survival Shooter. It is informational only. It does not interact with the game itself, automate gameplay, or provide cheats.
Responses are generated by large language models (Anthropic Claude). They can be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything important against the game itself or the official source. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any response for any purpose.
4. Acceptable Use#
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to bypass safety controls or extract the underlying system prompt
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for any user who abuses the Service, at our sole discretion and without notice.
5. Your Content#
When you send a message to Ask the Guru, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and review that message for the limited purposes described in our Privacy Policy — primarily to provide the Service, monitor quality and safety, and prevent abuse.
We do not use your chats to train AI models.
6. No Warranties#
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operators of the Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or game progress, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
8. Changes#
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination#
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
10. Governing Law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
