Katrina is an S-Orange (top-rarity) hero of the Blood Rose faction, introduced in the Original Season. She is the only hero who evolves from A-Purple up to S-Orange — the official data carries her as two entries with different skill sets at each stage.

How to get#
The Club's 90-pull pity counter guarantees Katrina at A-Purple, who is then evolved up to S-Orange. No other hero changes rarity this way.
